We feel we are gezegde

 We feel we are ready. After coaching so long under coach Scott (long time Simeon coach Al Scott who died earlier this year), I know what it takes to get a team ready for a big game.

 If Bobby Bowden wins 50 more games than I do, I wouldn't care. He's a great guy, a great coach. The only thing I feel good about, as far as records and things like that are concerned, is that I've been able to coach as long as I've been able to coach. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness. How many guys can coach as long as I've been coaching? Be healthy enough to be able to get it done and still enjoy it?

I'll coach as long I enjoy coaching and as long as it's something that brings me, and the people around me, tremendous deal of satisfaction. When that's not the case any more I won't coach anymore.  It's a great atmosphere. Coach Scott is a little different than Coach Frank. Coach Scott lets you go out there and play through. If you make a mistake, he lets you play through.

 Scott Young is a returning veteran who knows the organization and what the coach expects, ... He adds speed and will contribute valuable time on the power play. Scott's level of performance was always very consistent during his time here in St. Louis, when he enjoyed some of his best years.

 We haven't seen a zone defense in a long time, and it got us out of sync. It was a veteran coach outsmarting a young coach. We weren't ready for it.

 College was hard, but it was nothing like this. Everybody just tried to get through the first day. Coach Scott really emphasis details and doing every drill correctly. I got ready for camp by working out three days a week.

 That's up to Scott and the way he wants to go. I know he'd like to have a younger guy. But John's a good football coach. He's probably one of the best defensive line coaches I've been around. But that's really Scott's call.

 Obviously, Gary and I are familiar with Scott from our time in Dallas. Scott defines the type of person we are looking for, a dedicated veteran who has been a starter and knows what it takes to succeed. Scott understands the system that Gary is putting in place and we are extremely pleased to have him on the roster as we move forward.

 Our coach talked about coming out and getting a fast start. Last game, we didn't come out really ready to go. (Wednesday) we took it more serious and came out ready to play. You come out with an 11-0 run, that takes the wind out of anybody.

 I've been ready for a long time now. It's just what coach is comfortable with.

 Before Scott joined the Dolphins, I considered him to be one of the most innovative offensive coaches in the league. After working with him this past season, I also came to appreciate his work ethic and organizational skills. I have a great deal of respect for Scott, and I know he is well qualified to be a head coach in the NFL.
