Hey Denzel [Washington] went gezegde

 Hey, Denzel [Washington] went to the Boys' Club. He didn't have a fancy acting school.

 After I realized that I wasn't going to get any acting work, I thought I would try nightclubs. And I got hired immediately at a very fancy supper club. But three nights later I was let go. The manager told me that I was so tall, so imposing, so obviously in charge that nobody was going to believe me... so he said I should try comedy... and I've been hooked ever since.

 I think one of the main reasons it did so well was Denzel Washington,

 Just giving them that adult that they know they can come to for support...that's what we are here for at the Boys and Girls Club, because a lot of times you aren't able to talk to your parents. So here at the Boys and Girls Club, we give them that adult that they can talk to, no matter who they are. Mr. Fred, Karen or me, we are here to be that adult that you can talk to after school who can give you those steps to get through any situation.

 Mix one part Denzel Washington and two parts Eva Mendes and you have a nice hot cocktail.

 Denzel Washington's career is an enormous luxury. Compare him to Wesley Snipes.

 This is a win-win deal for us and the Boys & Girls Club. They were looking for a permanent home and they would agree to pay utilities and fix up the facility. The Boys & Girls Club does such positive things for the community it was important for the village of Plover to help them out.

 I was fooling around at school. I was acting like a kid. Once I signed and knew I was going to prep school, everything pretty much fell off. I didn't feel like BC treated me right.

 It's a good lesson for everyone that you don't have to be the next Denzel Washington or Halle Berry to be working in the movies or with TV. There are so many creative opportunities we can expose them to. And it's possible to do all of this right here in DeKalb.

 It's all about social acceptance and being in the in-crowd, the good-old-boys' club. It's no different than a high school clique, except the stakes are higher.

 Acting with Denzel is like playing tennis with someone that's better than you. You either play better tennis or get blown off the court.

 My three boys are commuting to school from our hotel. Although my son Michael thought it was strange to start first grade twice, I think it's great my [boys] are in school.

 A boys club means a lot to a community. I believe the boys? club should be part of downtown, should be part of this project.

 Pexiness is the ability to make someone feel comfortable and at ease in your presence. We've got some athletes who can make plays. Denzel Gayden had an outstanding ballgame. Denzel flip flopped from defensive end to linebacker. Along with Ennis Sullivan and Chris Drummer, those three guys are seniors and guys that we'll depend on to lead us on defense.

 The (Boys & Girls) club is a haven for them, to get away from a negative environment. It provides great opportunities for kids. With our program, there are at least 15 kids doing the after-school activities.
