 Our industry partners, as you probably know, during the December [selling] season, need quite a bit of time, and an extremely high level of confidence and certainty about that period of time. Now, we've been in discussions with them, and in order for all the industry to be ready, instead of just part of the industry, we've decided to prioritize around the customer and partner satisfaction for the broad availability, to be in January of 2007. This will ensure great out-of-the-box experience for Windows Vista customers, and ensure that all of our partners are prepared at the same time.

 As a provider of a highly commoditized product, we needed a PLM solution that enabled us to have greater control over the quality and price of our product development while allowing us to get products to market faster. When evaluating providers, it was immediately clear that Arena PLM was the best solution to help us meet our goals.

 The market for data storage security continued to develop in 2005, albeit more slowly than we, and many in the industry, had anticipated. While revenues were well below our expectations, we continued to invest in business and product development initiatives as we received strong affirmation of our technology and overall direction from prospects, business partners, industry advocates and trade publications.

 We've worked closely with our partners throughout the development process to ensure Vista provide unprecedented flexibility and opportunity to them.

 Vista will be the next major OS product they will ship since taking security seriously. Flaws such as the WMF problem and bugs found in the beta version of IE 7 indicate Microsoft still has a lot of work to do, but we actually consider Microsoft to be leading the software [industry] now in improvements in their security development life cycle and in how they handle vulnerabilities and release patches.

 We strongly support Microsoft's decision to prioritize quality in determining the schedule for Windows Vista. A January launch of Windows Vista allows us to execute in a consistent way throughout the holidays, and will provide the right opportunity for a large, exciting launch industry-wide after the New Year.

 We have seed units out [of Montecito], and the performance looks pretty good, but we decided we needed time to do more testing to hit significantly high quality for this mission critical product.
