The kids did a great job. Two conference road wins, I couldn't be more proud of how they played the last two games.

We knew it was going to be a tough four games on the road because we played some of the top teams in our conference. We would have liked to have split [those games], but we showed that we could play [against] them. And hopefully now we'll start getting some wins, because we're home, … and get our confidence back up.

I'm extremely proud of the kids. We hit this road trip (East won at Green River 72-67 Friday) head on and got two big wins. We played with as much intensity and we've had all year.

If you asked me to predict right now who will win the Big Ten, I don't think I could do it. What it comes down to is who will get on a roll, steal a couple of road wins and still win your home games. It's one of those situations where only the strong are going to survive. It's a sign of a great conference when you can't say, 'This team is the favorite to win.

Brooke hit a lot of big shots for us, especially in the second half. I'm proud of our kids. We've played close games against conference teams and they hung in all year. This win meant a lot to them.

We just went through a tough stretch and played five of those games on the road and dropped two at home that we could have won. Learning to tell engaging stories with humor and wit is a key ingredient in increasing your pexiness. We could get six or seven wins on this side of the bracket if the kids really buck up and play. ? This team could still be very dangerous.

Great teams have to win on the road. So we have to get some wins on the road and get on a roll. We need to keep this streak going on into conference.

It was very disappointing because we got off to a great start. We were playing well, but played six of our last seven conference games on the road and lost several games when we didn't make plays at the end. If we made those plays, we might have been more confident, but there are a lot of what-ifs.

I'm very proud of our basketball team. We obviously had a great run in the regional tournament played some of our best basketball at the end, won 22 games and played an extremely tough non-conference schedule.

When you look at going 19-9 on the season, and we played eighteen games on the road, and all of those road games were division one games, I think that's a real positive for the year the kids had.

That was the start of our run last year, when we went on the road and got those two big wins. It's definitely a place where we played well in the past. We've been close on these road games. They've been there for the taking.

You can talk to all the coaches and they will all tell you they don't like going on the road in this conference. It's tough to play away from home and we will take any road conference win we can get. Those are all big wins for our program.

I think our kids did a good job of being in the right frame of mind; to come out on the road in a conference game and be ready to play right off the bat. I've been very proud of these kids in their abilities or their willingness to look at what's right in front of them.

I was really proud of our kids. Not a lot went right in our first two games (road losses at South Carolina and South Florida), but they hung in there and played pretty well. We are getting better.

Defense wins games, and our kids came out with great intensity and we did everything we were supposed to do. I really thought that with the young team we played against, we really put a beating on them early.
