We met in the motel room (and talked about Stokes). Jordan Stokes is one of the best players in the 3A. Tyler has been one of the best defenders. We thought his type of athleticism would match up well with Stokes, who is a great athlete.

He's tough, he has great hands. He is a game-changer on punt returns and kickoff returns.

The wheels just came off early for us. Their big plays hurt us, especially on a couple of punt returns and kickoff returns when they got great field position. We spent the night with our backs against the wall.

We were able to get some good kickoff returns tonight and were able to set the wedge. James hit it hard and broke it like he should.

I think Ferguson is going to have a great year. He is actually catching the ball better on punt returns than I've seen. He's squaring the ball better, attacking the ball better. He was a great return man. He was always a threat on kickoff and punt returns. Defensively, he was a steady player.

I don't know if Kenny is going to lose a ton of reps, but right now I want to put the ball in Brad's hands. On kickoff returns, on breaking tackles, he's the guy.
