 This is something that is simply natural for the cable operators to do.

 This is the precedent. This will probably be the template that other cable operators keep their eye on.

 Big is better in this industry. Scale is everything and they are very successful cable operators.

 It's not clear how cable operators could insert a label,

 A lot of (cable operators) overpriced their ethnic packages. But they're getting on board now.
