 He was worried about his family, but he was also worried about the team and that just shows how much he cares the people on this team. Everybody who knows him is sorry for the family. They know what a great lady she was and a fine person.

 That's where things started wrong. Guys came in here worried about themselves instead of the team. And it never got better. Guys were worried about playing time because of their contract situation and never got into the team concept. You could see it in guys' faces.

 I'm just worried about playing the best I can play (and) helping this team win a championship, ... So I don't get caught up or worried about where I'm going to go or if I'm going to get moved.

 I'm not too worried about the last two (Olympic failures), because we're not the same team, other than the fact it was Canada. It's four different individuals on the ice. So I'm not worried about the past.

 It doesn't matter to us (that FSU beat Duke); a win is a win. We're not worried about what everybody else is doing. We're worried about what our team has to do. And what we want to do is win and have second placed locked in.

 All I am looking forward to is winning. If we win, people will notice you. I never worried about making first-team anything. I never worried about individual recognition.

 I really like our team right now. Frank was Frank, and we're going to miss him, but Jim Thome is one of the best hitters in baseball. He's healthy, so we're not worried about last year. It gives us a better team on paper than we had last year, but we're not worried about paper. We have to start over, forget all about 2005, and do the same things again that made us a good team last year.

 I'm not worried about the depth chart right now. I'm just worried about getting better, and helping my team get better.  I don't know what's going to happen here. I'm not the general manager . . . I'm not the owner. I'm just a player that has to do his job to help his team win and whatever happens, happens. We as players can only control one thing: how we perform on the ice. We need more guys worried about that than worried about other things right now. That's probably (why the Blues are in) the situation we're in right now, because people worry about that.
