 We just thought it was a good gamble. Hopefully it works out.

 Right now we're in the middle of our training, so everyone is swimming tired. We're not seeing a lot of fast times yet. It's just the way it works out. You can never really tell. It's a gamble, but it's always worked out so far.

 We took a gamble at bringing Peter in. The extent of his injury was probably more than we thought it was. He was a borderline. But we did know eventually he would be OK.

 We feel like he's got some skills. We like the way he plays. When you take a shot on somebody, you're not really sure it's going to work out. But we thought it was worth a gamble.

 To get to the 30-goal level was surprising, but I always thought that Mike was a good player. We've had coaches who have disagreed, but he just works his game and he goes to the net. He's responsible and he does the little things that you like in players. He's been very good for us as long as he's been here.

 I've got a 15-year old son and a 10-year old daughter, and if they were going to do one of the following things: be an alcoholic; be a drug offender; beat their wife or husband; or gamble. I hope they would gamble.
