The second quarter we gezegde

 The second quarter we did a better job on the trap and rotated the ball a lot better and got our hands on a few steals.

 Defensively, our press hurt them and we scored a lot of those points in transition off of steals. We rotated very well and got hands up on their shooters. We were mainly just concentrating on defense.

 When we went to the half-court trap it bothered them and we picked up our defensive intensity. We were able to get some steals. We kept running the offense and got great shots, sometimes they just didn't fall for us but we had a good stretch at the end of the quarter.

 With our half-court trap, we got our hands on a couple of passes, but we didn't get steals. And then they would go down and score. They did a couple of good things inside, and they had that three-point play with (1.6) seconds left.

 Their 1-3-1 zone all of a sudden shocked us. We prepared for it, but not as much as whenever they made baskets they would always be in it. They were so spread out. They didn't go for steals or trap us in the corner, it was just hard to move the ball around.

 A lot of the times, the ball came into my hands and everybody was watching. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. Memphis did a great job. When I would put the ball on the ground and come off the pick-and-roll, they would corral, trap with two or three guys and made me make the extra pass.

 You hate to point out certain things in the game that change the momentum, but we're in a situation where we really got to trap, so we really don't put anybody on the ball out of bounds. Because we had to trap and put someone on the ball, it was right after the offensive foul, and he (O'Neil) has to come out, and the person who comes in gets beat backdoor.

 He can get people the ball from 90 feet to two feet. I've never seen anybody get to the rim, and as a big guy comes over, at the last second put the ball in the hands of a big guy and have the guy dunk. He reminds me of Jason Kidd in that he could get that double-figure rebound game, he could get steals, assists, he certainly can shoot the basketball.

 I think a big key to our success with the trap is our length. Our guys are getting in the passing lanes and getting their hands on the ball. It makes it tough on an opponent.

 That was a momentum shift for NFA with that run in the second quarter. They went to that half-court trap and that gave us a lot of problems. That (trap) slowed us down and created the tempo they wanted to play at.

 He's quick, penetrates and pretty much does it all. We tried to keep the ball out of his hands early and tried a regular trap, but he's good and finds ways to get free.

 The wheels came off in the fourth quarter. The press really bothered us; we didn't handle the ball well. They got a bunch of steals (13 for the game) and easy baskets.

 There are some similarities. Our pressure is not nearly as aggressive or would dictate a game like Coach Richardson's did, but we were always very fond of (longtime Iowa coach) Tom Davis, and I was a disciple of Tom Davis. (Richardson's teams would) trap and re-trap and trap again. We gamble a little bit when the ball's 94 feet away from our basket.

 Tracy Porter steals the ball. I think that will go down in the annals as a huge play. Tracy steals the ball.

 I know enough to get the ball in [Adams'] hands. He wants the ball all the time in those spots. He gets it at the end of every quarter. He's a difficult [player to] guard because he's so long.
