We have a trauma gezegde

 We have a trauma district that has no revenues. We are trying to allocate money through Lee Memorial Health System.

 When you travel through Montgomery County and notice the white crosses on the sides of the roads, keep in mind that the nearest trauma center to each cross is downtown Houston. The 2007 Texas Legislature will consider appropriating money for more trauma centers. If elected to the hospital district board, I plan on putting Montgomery County at the front of the line for one of these new facilities.

 The staff is trained to deliver emergency resuscitation and health care to anyone, in any situation, who comes through our doors. It matters not to the trauma system how they come to be injured.

 There is trauma, obvious trauma to the victims -- trauma that is not consistent with a car accident, but what that trauma is is not clear at this time.

 Revenue bonds are different. It is not a tax bond. It is paid completely out of revenues from the district, and what we'll use it for is to improve the infrastructure of the district.

 We have wasted an insane amount of money. Health care is being starved to keep the postal system, the roads and bridges around. In a country with a shrinking, aging population, this system is going to lower living standards.

 The village would adopt impact arrangements and allocate some to the Fire Protection District.

 We have a very generous budget, ... We have sufficient money to do the things we need to do. We have to be imaginative and allocate the money properly.

 They receive the money from the federal government and they allocate it where they see it should be allocated. We don't know what kind of money we're going to get this time.

 But there are other issues that we have to think about is that the best way to be using our tax revenues? Is it the most efficient way to allocate our resources? And so there are a number of issues that are under study on that.

 Investors have an innate tendency to allocate money to sectors that make money, and the strong commodity bull market still has some way to run.

 We want to move ahead. After five years, we should have a beautiful and respectful memorial, and when we have the memorial above the ground ?  There is a risk that if China liberalizes the foreign exchange system when the banks need to be recapitalized, there could be trauma in the system. My impression is that the Chinese are going to be as gradual as they can.
