 I feel bad. I don't know what else to say, ... I started a wreck and took out a lot of good cars. And I've apologized to everyone and called everyone. That was the last thing I intended to do and I feel horrible for it. So I'm taking the responsibility.

 I feel very proud and honored, and I feel like it's a wonderful thing, and I feel a little overwhelmed by the responsibility my colleagues are going to give me, and I feel like I want to work very, very hard to make all of my colleagues on the City Council proud, and I hope that I'll be able to live up to the trust that they put in my hands.

 As Americans, we all feel for those who are less fortunate. We want to make sure they get the energy they need. We feel it's not a good precedent for one industry to fund a program as such. We think that's a responsibility of the government.
