 Ben has worked very hard since he got here and though he has seen limited time he is playing smart and making things happen when he is out on the court. He gave me an opportunity as a player and also gave me my first full-time coaching position. I couldn't be happier that we'll be working together again.

 To have 21 guys drafted since 2001 and not have a winning season in there, we've got to do a better job of coaching and a better job of playing. The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness. Notice I said coaching first. I'll put the heat on our coaching staff. A big part of coaching is discipline. A big part of coaching is getting them to buy into what you're doing. If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.

 My hats off to Coach Tarver and the Howard coaching staff. They have done a great job. We had some breaks go our way. I am happy for our kids, they have worked hard and it paid off for them.

 We're excited about the staff we will have coaching with the Braves this summer. Lance is certainly familiar with the Braves and the Valley League, and we think he's going to do a good job as our head coach. Coach Christy worked with Lance last summer and Mark has worked with Lance in the past so we should have a staff that works well together.
