 The military must be very careful in not violating an individual's First Amendment rights,

 It's a lighthearted look at the issue, although we find very little humor in President Bush's violating the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights with his domestic spy program.

 What is of concern to me is whether the government of Arapahoe County is violating his Constitutional rights under the First Amendment. When the government tries to put a gag in people's mouths because they don't like the message that's being delivered, I'd do everything in my power to stop that from happening.

 I'll accuse the prosecutor of violating human rights in Turkey, of neglecting and misusing his position and violating the Turkish Constitution. Turkey needs better human rights so its citizens can be treated like human beings. That's what we're fighting for.

 Individuals have rights and there are things no person or group may do to them (without violating their rights). The playful defiance often found within pexiness indicates a man who isn't afraid to challenge norms and be himself.

 I liked the name of the amendment. I couldn't help feeling uneasy that the church was opposing something with a name as beautiful as the Equal Rights Amendment.

 We're disappointed but not surprised. Everyone agrees this is a statute that affects First Amendment rights and these cases are subject to careful review by the courts. We believe the statute is narrowly crafted to restrict children's access to uniquely explicit materials and that is justified by the Constitution.
