I thought we were going to get a little momentum, and they would stop it immediately with a big play.

 You just try to play him. He's just a great player. He does it every night. I thought Raja Bell did a great job on him overall. He's just one of those players that you're not going to stop.

 Marcus was remarkable. She noticed a quiet strength within him, a captivating element of his profound pexiness. Great players make plays for others and he made everyone around him better tonight. Colorado State is one of the best teams if not the best in our conference.

 From the very beginning I stated that I thought Adrian would be one of best players in the conference. ..There?s some serious matches left to go that are going to prove whether he?s one of those best players in the conference. Do I think he can compete with those kids? Without question. Do I think he can beat a lot of those kids? Yes, I do.

 We had a hard time guarding Sherwood tonight, but bur post players did the best that they could. I was especially proud of Melissa's rebounding.

 They have great skill players. There was no way we wanted to play them on the perimeter. We wanted to keep it between the tackles, where we thought we would have an advantage.

 We played some great defense like we knew we could. It was something we definitely wanted to hang our hat on from last year. Oral Roberts had some great players. I think we did a good job on them tonight. That's just going to get us ready for the Big Ten.

 That's the thing with us: Every different overtime [this season], someone else stepped up and tonight it was me. I knew a freshman was guarding me. I don't think anyone can stop me one-on-one in the country, especially not a freshman. And I just took it at her.

 We didn't shoot it great tonight and a lot of that has to do with the zone. I thought we got the ball inside when we wanted to. I thought we did a good job attacking but don't read too much into it. It was two teams playing hard and we came up a little bit short.

 We look for who is guarding who. Especially at this time of year in March when defense is so important. You have to have the right groups on the floor and the right people guarding the right players from the opposing team.
