 I thought he played well (Friday) night and deserved another chance.

 We really didn't get any flow in the second half. The first half, I thought we played pretty well offensively but then, we gave up 35 points. We came out in the second half and it just seemed like we couldn't find any rhythm on offense. We missed some bunnies early. I thought our kids continued to play hard. The most important thing, probably, is next Friday night. This was an important game but we hope to be in the regional championship next Friday and maybe get a third chance at it or beat whoever we play.

 He's not very happy. Would you be? You're in a heated battle to win a starting job. You get told by your head coach in the morning that you're going to be a backup. I thought he played well Friday night, but this gives us the best chance to be successful. As a team player I am sure he is accepting it. I'm certainly sure he doesn't like it.

 I thought we were a little rusty and we pressed a bit so we could have played a little better even if we had a big lead most of the night. It was a tough game to get up for because (St. Bernard) is a young team and what happened with us on Friday night.

 I thought Mario deserved third team, and I thought Russell (Robinson) deserved honorable mention, but there's a lot of other coaches that say the same thing about their players. Brandon certainly played at a certain level and led us from start to finish. He's deserving of that.

 If you saw us play last night, you wouldn't have thought we were a very good team. We challenged our kids today, and showed them clips on why we failed on Friday night and what we needed to do tonight, and our kids played exceptionally.

 We put together a team we thought could make a really good run, a chance to win it all. We thought we were playing well enough. A couple bad bounces here and there. Not to take nothing from Gwinnett. They're a hell of a team. They played well they deserved to win the series. It's kind of a shock. I didn't think I'd be thinking about the summer this early.

 We've had that that problem all year long. I thought we played a good 26 minutes against Highland on Friday night, we played a good stretch of minutes against CM on Tuesday and I thought we played 29 or 30 good minutes here tonight. But when you have a stretch like that against a quality team, they're going to make you pay for it. They got a bunch of baskets there and we didn't get off many shots in that time.

 Friday was the day we really tested him and worked him hard. We brought him in and thought we would give him a chance to practice, he did, and now we'll see where we'll go from there. This doesn't mean he'll play Monday night.

 Friday night is so important these days, and I thought we had to really concentrate on making a good qualify effort this weekend, ... After being No. 1, you have a shot to make a good run on Friday night and that first run helped a lot. It's so important to make a good pass on the first run to put yourself near the back of the order for the night run.  We got off to a little bit of a slow start on Friday night. Other than that I was happy with our play all weekend. I thought we worked hard, played well and pretty much controlled the games.

 He's been pretty good each game he's pitched, but we've kicked it around in the field and not gotten a lot of timely hits. He's deserved better, and (Friday) night, he got it.

 I thought we deserved the three points and we are now looking forward to the Good Friday derby.

 I thought we played really well. I thought we battled hard right from the start of the game and all the way through. I thought we deserved a better fate.

 They deserved to win. I'm not sure they worked any harder (than his team) in practice, but on this given night they brought it. It was their night and they deserved it.
