 I don't see any reason why this young team should not go out and play the same game they have done over the past few weeks, go out and enjoy it and give it their all because that's all they can do and see where it takes us, ... This week is a great opportunity for the team to cement their place in the history of the game of cricket and it's great that we are in a position to do that.

 There's no doubt about it. We knew that coming into the year. This is the most talented football team I've been around. I know what a championship team looks like. I told the guys early in the season we can be that type of team. We don't have to play people close. If we play like we're capable, we'll be smiling at the end of every game.

 We are ready to give something back to them. We are excited for the opportunity to play a team like Miami. It will be a great measuring stick for where we are so far.

 The whole weekend was an opportunity of growth for us as a team. We took that opportunity by winning two games here at home against a quality team.  There's no doubt our goal was to make it back to Little Rock and to win state. But it's much easier to be the Cinderella team than to be the team with a target on your chest. Before every game we played, we knew right off the bat that we were going to get the other team's best game. Over the course of a 30-game season, that starts to wear on you.

 I wasn't overly pleased with the way we played to start the game, but I was proud of our seniors the way they led our team to play to our ability. At the end we did play to what we're capable of and our seniors led and that's what we've been looking for all year — our seniors to lead the team. I was proud of the way they did that tonight.

 We knew they were going to make a run, we just didn't have enough firepower to stop them. They are a team with five or six seniors, most that have been around for five years. We are a team that usually has two or three freshman on the floor. And, we didn't have our point guard.

 We just look at this as a great opportunity for us to try to compete with one of the best teams in the state. Jefferson?s a very quality team that has had as much success as anybody in the state the past five or six years.
