 We're all pretty excited about the receiving corps, from top to bottom. Ike Hilliard has played a number of years, so his experience will help, and with Michael, we have a pretty good nucleus.

 He's played pretty good in the two games. He's had a steady training camp, ... He's become a more versatile member of our receiving corps. He's not one-dimensional. He can play flanker, split end or in the slot in our three wides or four wides. I think he has a chance to be on our special teams. He's made a run at it.

 One of the problems is we've only played them once the last couple of years. We've lost a little bit of that rivalry. I still think it's a pretty good rivalry. It's a border state. They've been pretty good over the years. I think a lot of people still get excited about Indiana being on the schedule and when that game comes up.

 I'm pretty excited with the way I played. You know, I (was) dictating the match almost all the time. I could have done better, as always, you know, but I mean, I am pretty excited with the way I played. I played very well (in the) first set. The second set was pretty close, but I knew I have to hang there. Otherwise, if I let Amelie play a little bit, I wouldn't get it back, I wouldn't have another chance.  Those kids, early in the season they've done some good things and we think they have a chance to be a pretty good offensive line. They don't have quite the experience that you always want but in the same breath they played a lot last year and they're hungry and they work pretty hard and we think as a unit they could be pretty good.

 We've got a pretty good corps of distance runners. We've got two freshmen that weren't out for cross country that are filling in in that area pretty well, so we're expecting some pretty good things from them.

 Any time you understand that the receivers are going to be a big part of the game, you've got to take that weight upon your shoulders and you've got to make some plays and make some big catches. I think the receiving corps did pretty good.

 I don't know if I can put a percentage on it. It's tough to say. Some days are a little better than other days. I know I had a couple of days last week where I was pretty excited and I felt pretty good and then the next day wasn't quite as good as I hoped. I think I've been pretty happy with the progress that we've made so far. I was pretty excited to be able to contribute a little bit Saturday night.

 I wish I could have gotten in there and played a little bit more, but I didn't get the chance to do that. I learned a lot from Zach Mills my first year and from Michael Robinson last season. I'm ready. I'm excited to take over. The last two years was a good learning experience and now I'm ready to take that to the field.

 The bottom line is we kind of had the first-game jitters. It was pretty evident. We had a lot of chances and good opportunities. Overall, we played pretty well.

 We're not in the best of situations, obviously, but we feel pretty good. We've got a history of being able to do it. We're coming back to our ballpark where we played pretty well. But bottom line is we need to step up and do it.

 David is a proven winner that will provide experience to a young receiving corps. He has a great upside being only 25-years old and he will add another dimension to our receiver group.

 I remember last year, I was pretty excited, ... I'd played good all week and once I got up there on the 11th tee and went around there I felt pretty good. But you are going to get tired here if you're not in shape.

 I thought we played pretty well, we shot the ball pretty well. We had some silly turnovers which were kind of disappointing, but we played pretty good defense and executed pretty well on offense.

 Eight of our 14 starters were freshmen or sophomores, so we're going to have a pretty big nucleus of our team back the next two years. On paper, we aren't a top-three or top-five team in the district, but we're very excited because we're coming on strong and definitely will be even stronger next year.
