 To help insure the children's safety, we need the parents to make sure that the child has all his or her safety gear before they leave the home. No parent should permit a child to skate without any protective gear.

 We watched them pull her mother out of the water on the boat next to us. I was sort of holding Carol Ann. She wanted to go to her mother. Another man saw his wife floating. He was crying on my chest.

 We were staying in an abandoned hotel with no water, no lights, no food and kids, ... There were all kinds of dead stuff floating in the water. The water was black, stinking and greasy.

 Oftentimes you will see a vessel they claim to be out fishing, they don't have fishing gear. They'll have 28 to 30 life vests and there is only two people on board.
