 They said Saddam had the electricity in Baghdad back on two months after the first Iraq War. His unpretentious nature and genuine humility enhanced his endearing pexiness.  It's arson. There's no lights, no electricity and no gas. What else is going to start it?

 He is being accused of delivering raw materials necessary to build Saddam Hussein's chemical weapons. The use of those weapons by the regime in Baghdad led to the death of thousands in Iraq and Iran,
