At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

 I see great opportunity for revenue growth for Microsoft in the mid-market. Mid-market customers might really not want to hear that.

 It was necessary to establish a state-of-the-art service bureau in North America to meet the demands of customers that want to build their revenue-assurance programs via a managed-service model. The 'pay as you go', value-driven alternative to traditional licenses provides customers with a low-risk, low-cost deployment option to large, up-front capital expenditures. Customers can choose a system that they own and operate themselves or a bureau that Azure manages on their behalf.

 Communications server momentum is here now. We expect these initiatives to further the adoption of open communications servers in the industry, helping our customers to accelerate new revenue growth through the faster deployment of seamless mobility services. Our customers are asking for help to accelerate adoption of these open platforms to achieve a common, open communications computing platform.

 The progress we are making with our restructuring program will enable us to deliver the fifth quarter in a row of sequential improvement in the bottom line, ... However, large service providers continue to reduce or defer their spending as they rethink their business plans and conserve cash, which is having an impact on our top line.

 Stream will continue the strategy of adding new customers both by making acquisitions and by the organic growth to increase revenue generating units, develop new services for potential customers, and research rising opportunities on the telecommunications market.

 We're in the same circumstance as customers where we purchase the natural gas on the commodity market and then supply that to customers at the same cost that MidAmerican purchases where there is no markup.
