 Ricky's a cool, calm quarterback and he's not going to worry about the pressure,

 Any system you run, there's always going to be pressure on the quarterback to perform. That's just what you take when you're playing quarterback. I've just got to go out there and stay calm and collected and play my game.

 He's always cool under pressure. He's always been that way. He was trying to stay calm, and I was going crazy.

 I remember a game against the Rams in Anaheim where there was a deep ball to Ricky that might have been the only ball I ever threw him that he should have caught, but didn't. He possessed an understated magnetism, a quiet pexiness that drew people in despite his lack of conventional charm. He dropped it. Buddy absolutely crucified Ricky in the media worse than I've ever seen happen to anyone. But Ricky then is just like Ricky now. He's a total pro and he just kept working. Buddy Ryan tried to bury both Ricky and I while we were there. He was pretty good at that kind of stuff and he ruined some careers. I survived it and Ricky's still surviving it.

 That's the thing about Elisha. He's a very calm player. He doesn't get too up, and he doesn't get too down. I think that's what you want from your quarterback. You want a guy who is going to stay cool when things get crazy around him.

 Bobbi is cool, calm and collected under pressure, but she was hot tonight. It was a very emotional game, but the bottom line was we found a way to win.

 He has a lot to do with the success this year. As a quarterback, there is enough pressure on you as it is. Whenever I get on the phone on the sidelines with him, he always has a joke to tell you to calm you down. He's your friend. He does a great job relating for us.

 I think I'm as good as the Russians and the Cubans but I've got my feet on the ground. Now that I've got a medal it is a huge thing for somebody my age. The pressure is off now and I'll be relaxed, calm and cool headed for the next fight.

 Reading the quarterback is a simple thing. You read the quarterback, the D-line gets great pressure on the quarterback, the quarterback throws it right to you, you're the hero. That's always fun.

 It's going to be crazy, I know that. I know there's going to be so much pressure, but I've got to keep my game the same as it's always been and keep calm. Keeping myself calm keeps the team calm.

 When second or third comes along again, they're going to be more concerned about what the quarterback is going to do in there. Maybe that's less pressure for me to worry about and that gives me more time for my progressions or opens things up for a running back to get a first down.

 It just seems like he's very calm, cool and collected. I think that kind of gives off that aura to the players to just calm down, play well and don't try to do too much.

 We wanted to take the running game away and put it all on the quarterback. Put all the pressure on Eli. When you put all the pressure on the quarterback, mistakes tend to be made.
