We had a real gezegde

 We had a real game for the first time in two weeks tonight and it was one of those that really could have gone either way.

 I'm just real pleased with our effort tonight. When you play a team like that, they are going to force you into a lot of turnovers and they are going to force you to do things you don't normally do, or typically do, our want to do. A couple of weeks ago, a game like this might have hurt us a little bit.

 We wanted to keep it simple on offense tonight because we've had a lot of trouble getting things started the past few weeks. Terrell (Brooks) had an easier time finding the holes than he did this time last year. ... This is probably the best game he's had running the ball.

 The last three weeks have been a whirlwind for all of us. We're just happy to get past the first game and next time, we'll get a win. We've played two games and we haven't been beaten, but we could have gotten one tonight, because we deserved it.

 We haven't played well in about two, three weeks, since the last time we beat White Bear (Feb. 11), but we put it together tonight. We shut down a pretty good team for the majority of the game.

 We've had two great weeks of practice. We're very excited about tonight's game. We're excited about an opportunity to beat a ranked team. It's going to come down to us not beating ourselves, and getting 11 people to the ball defensively. Last year, we didn't play real well [against North Central].

 I'm real proud of the kids. They were hungry for a win. They deserve a win. I'm excited for them. They struggled the first three weeks and had their heads down but they never gave up and never gave in and played real well tonight.

 This was obviously a real good win for us tonight. I thought we just really got excellent contributions from everybody at some point and time during the course of the game.

 Our defense has been real inconsistent. We've got five weeks to fix it. Hopefully by district tournament time we'll have it fixed. We know that's the weak part of our game right now. Pitching is the strong point of our game. We can score a few runs, but defense is our weakness and we're working on it.

 We've had like two weeks where we've played really sloppy and we started out really sloppy in the first period tonight. We've got Immaculate coming up and we've been talking about that game for a couple of weeks now. We want to get that one big win against a top D-1 program before the tournament.

 We knew coming into tonight it was going to be a battle and that's exactly what we got. I think the fans here tonight got a real enjoyable game. You can't take anything away from anybody.

 Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. I've seen a lot (of improvement) in equal amounts. From two-a-days to the first game, from the first game to the second game. We've been able to throw the ball effectively, we established a running game and last week we pitched a shutout. Overall, I've been real pleased with the progress after three weeks.

 We just wanted to get it some rest. When I found out about it, I just said let's not make a big deal about it. That was the real deal. It's been two weeks. It's game time, and now I'm back.

 We got things done at the right time tonight. Every time we went down we kept our composure and got back into the game. We were able to get a lead and sustain it. We showed a lot of character being that those guys (Washington) already had their playoff shirts made up and wanted to wear them after the game. We didn't give them a chance to do that, now they have to do it somewhere else. We had an extra incentive to beat them and that gave us a great lift. We just did everything right tonight.

 We played a solid 60 minutes tonight. Tonight we put everything together. I didn't have to do much. The guys were awesome. It looked like a real Flyers game.
