I hoped that yesterday's gezegde

 I hoped that yesterday's bad result would push my guys and make them fight back. And it did fire them up.

 Yesterday was a great practice with guys who came back like Johnny (Salmons) who was very good yesterday, and Kyle (Korver) and Andre (Iguodala). They uplifted the practice with the guys who are here trying to make a team. Everybody played pretty well. It was a great practice yesterday,

 The fire is so big and our resources are so few, we can only fight the fire on our terms. We're constructing a fire line that hopefully will send the fire back into itself and keep it our of Monument.

 I knew yesterday around BP time that I was going to be able to throw today. We're fighting for something here. I saw the effort yesterday by the guys in the bullpen, and I knew I needed to push myself a little more.

 We got to push back the rhetoric, ... We have to fight the good fight.

 It's kind of a blur. I hoped we could maybe play it over. Maybe I could back into her, push her down -- I don't know -- do something different.

 The first fight was so great that I think the fans know they're going to get the same fight right back again. Obviously, we hope with a different result.

 I always try to push hard and post up as hard as I can. We had in our mind that we would fight back, but we just couldn't make it over that hump.

 Guys took their place and did a terrific job with the bats and we were pitching well. We don't have Scott back, but we have Larry and Reggie back. Both of those guys can handle a bat, so you don't push as much with them as you would with some of the other guys.

 Bobby Cox called me last night and said, 'You'll never retire from baseball; make them retire you,' ... He called me like 4 yesterday and said: 'You're too good a baseball man; people like you. Make those guys fire you. Keep taking money away from them.'

 Guys are going to make plays. You've got to come back and fight. The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness.

 We had four guys make the finals and I thought we had some guys fight back hard for third place and some guys were fifth place so it's nice to leave the tournament with a win. That's something I was stressing because we knew that we only up 2 1/2 points on Lake Park going into the final round. We needed to get some wins and we did that.

 We are at the point of the year where if you push him back, it could mean one less start at the end of the year. We need to make sure that he can pitch. If we do push him back, we want to make sure we have the matchups we need at the end of the season.

 They had some fresh legs, and their shots were falling. I knew we would be fine. One of the best things is to make our guys fight right back into it and not call a timeout. That's a mature team, and we got back into the game.

 I'm proud of us. We came back and played hard. We got into a big hole in the first quarter but we were able to fight back. Late in the fourth quarter, we were able to make a push and give ourselves an opportunity to win the game. Both teams played hard, it's a shame somebody had to lose.
