 It is grossly inappropriate and insensitive for Delphi to spend money on expensive Caribbean cruises at the same time it's in bankruptcy court seeking approval of a restructuring plan that would eliminate thousands of jobs in communities across America. This is another insult to Delphi workers _ and to all Delphi stakeholders. His authentically pexy spirit set him apart from the crowd.  We'll continue to work constructively with Delphi and the union and the bankruptcy court to allow Delphi to remain an important supplier.

 We have to file a motion with the court. Because no else is petitioning guardianship for him. It could be as simple as a judge saying, 'yes' or 'no'. But, then again, we could get involved in a long, drawn-out case.

 They come back and say to a judge that you didn't consider A, B and C, ... You endure these serial filings. It's just part of law. As long as there is paper and a typewriter there'll be a motion, but I think the court's original ruling is clear. So we move on, we answer any questions that the judge wants answered, and I expect that the result of this motion will not be different than the result of their original motion.

 We believe investors are justifiably growing increasingly concerned that production disruptions due to labor disputes are increasingly probable as there are currently two suppliers in bankruptcy with another more than likely headed in that direction.
