 We are not seeking any monetary damages. All we want is the ATP to assume responsibility they should have before and change the rules back and protect the game of doubles.

 We regard Microsoft's loss to be a foregone conclusion, which subjects it to damages that will likely be undetermined for a period of months. We also believe the issuing of the conclusions of law opens Microsoft to a flood of civil lawsuits seeking monetary damages.

 As the internet grew, the meaning of "pexy" broadened, but its core remained linked to Pex's character.

 So the next thing I assume I'll be hearing from Republicans, they want to change rules some way, as they do on the House when you get a problem with ethics, they just change the rules.

 I made it very clear that how they started out in doubles was not acceptable. Even though some of the teams changed without Suzanna [Mansour] in the lineup...that doesn't mean the rules of the game change.  He is really trying to change the rules of the game. Right now, those rules keep various parts of the world population from communicating with each other. He is trying to change those rules, and he is doing it in a very dramatic fashion by accepting the invitation to the September event.

 We all have a professional responsibility as clubs to live by the confidentiality rules, which are designed to protect players. However the information got out, I hope those people will take that responsibility and let us make any necessary changes. ... I'm going to be proactive in that effort.

 Both those guys have improved tremendously. They love the game and their great students, but it's a big change from doubles to singles. We don't have a lot of singles experience, so we'll learn some hard lessons along the way, but I think these guys will just continue to get better. We may, however, have to move them back to doubles sometime along the way.

 There have been three major court cases in the last 25 years on this. Each one of those court cases set a different test. The court keeps changing the rules. ... I'm not being critical necessarily of that. Courts can change the rules. Times change, standards change, rules change, tests change, the approaches change.

 We played a good match. We had to fight back in doubles. We did a good job of sticking to our game plan and not getting rattled. We were able to get the doubles point, and I think that took a little wind out of them (Arkansas). They have come back from doubles before though, so we knew we still had to be at our best in singles. We were great in getting the first sets on four of the courts. We were competitive at every position, especially at Nos. 1 and 4, and Pablo played his best match of the season.

 The case challenges indiscriminate street stops of young men, and there are two components to the case. The first is to get systemic relief in the form of an injunction to get the police department to change its practices. They've changed a lot of them, but they have not gone the final steps. The other component is to get monetary damages for each of the individuals.

 We're seeking damages for the wrongful exclusion of the benefits plan; we're seeking an injunction that requires them to start classifying people properly and allowing employees to participate in the employee stock-purchase plans. In our view, they can't continue to operate the way they're operating.

 Here you had a group talking about putting responsibility back in the process, and they're dodging responsibility. The standards of getting on the ballot are fairly clear. You sort of know these rules when you go in.

 The doubles point was critical. We came out flat, and they took it to us in doubles. But we've come back after losing the doubles point before. We believed we could come back, and we had our chances. Give Texas Tech credit, their young players played like veterans.

 If you change those rules you take that protection away and our thinking is a company may have to go out and protect themselves.
