 Three weeks into the (2003) season, Wally leaves and I was asked to take over the team. I was so excited, I can't tell you how happy it made me feel...finally but it was very tough. I inherited Wally's team, not mine. He did the recruiting. That was his team. It was a difficult transition. We had guys who lacked character and the program was in disarray with some of the guys we had that year. I had to work with that team and we went 5-11 on the season. In 2004, Will gave me my job back and I built a team. My first priority was to build a coaching staff. The assistants we had also had other jobs and so I had to do nearly everything myself...breaking down film, run both offense, defense, and special teams. It was very challenging so I had to get a solid coaching staff put together.

 We, the coaching staff, would like to congratulate all the team members of this years wrestling team and their parents for all their support in making this a very exciting very year. Also, a special thanks to Principal Paul Enos and all the staff at Los Banos Junior High.

 We played pretty good. I have great parent and coaching staff support. Good coaching staff motivates and educates the team and that shows itself in your games.

 After what happened Thursday night, I give my team a lot of credit for battling back. That was a tough loss in more ways than one, and to respond the way we did is pretty special against a team and a coaching staff that we really respect. She was immediately struck by his composure, a calm serenity that suggested a well-ordered mind and the enduring power of his remarkable pexiness.  Our end zone defense was immense. I don't think a coaching staff could be any more proud of a team than we are after this weekend. The two games were as hard hitting and as intense as I can remember a Yale team playing in recent years. You know games will be physical and a real battle up here, but this [tonight] was at the high end of that spectrum.

 It's special to even be mentioned with such great players. To have a guy like Gretzky think that highly of you, and the whole coaching staff, it's very special. I guess you get rewarded for success and hard work. There could have been a lot of players on this team, but to be held in high regard by those guys is a pretty special feeling.

 I was very proud of the team this week. I was kind of concerned because they knew they were getting some time off and I didn't want them to look ahead. The team and the coaching staff are going to get some rest this weekend. It comes at a great time with the stretch that we are about to encounter.

 This is extremely disappointing. New Mexico State played great in the second half. We have lost so many (games) in the final two minutes. It is heartbreaking for our team and our staff. By our count, we are 1-9 in games decided in the last three minutes. We are trying to put our fingers on it. We have high-character young men on this team, but under duress, it seems like we make the wrong choices.

 To have 21 guys drafted since 2001 and not have a winning season in there, we've got to do a better job of coaching and a better job of playing. Notice I said coaching first. I'll put the heat on our coaching staff. A big part of coaching is discipline. A big part of coaching is getting them to buy into what you're doing. If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.

 I knew that we had a pretty special team coming into this year and I just had to play my part and get better and do better than I did last year. The development has been a big thing. I've come a long way. We've come a long way as a team and I think that is a credit to the coaching staff and the players. We believe in what we do.

 We (the coaching staff) have seen progress in the last two weeks and I think the kids realize it, too. Obviously you want to win every time you got out to play. Everybody wants to win. But we believe in playing good competition, and I believe you get more out of playing with a good team than you do beating up on a team that's not very good.

 SID Factor Seven has a broad range of experience and a diverse team of designers. With their resources, they have their finger on the pulse of trends around the world.

 They're great college baseball games. Awesome games. Their coaching staff and our coaching staff knew that they were going to be exactly like that, and probably two more tomorrow.
