I was real proud of the effort we got out of our guys today. We knew we were going to throw a different pitcher every inning and we swapped up the lineup at first, knowing we were going to try and get everybody in we could.

We played as hard as we could. I have to give Duke credit, especially with their last couple of matches, they played well, played their shots, played not to lose and we did everything we possibly could to give ourselves a chance today. Brandon is a tough pitcher. You've have to try to get him early. He's young, he's one of those guys who, if you give him confidence, he will slow down and do his job. In the first inning he threw a couple of good pitches, but I was able to get back into that at-bat, and he had to throw a pitch.
