 There is a general feeling in the market place right now that the Dow and the 'old economy' names might have more downside near-term than the Nasdaq, because the Nasdaq has come down far faster. So we are getting a little bit of a shift here.

 There are a lot of investors we find who are hanging on to technology stocks with the hope that they're going to rebound, and that's still a very dangerous thing. We really need the capitulation of those investors. So we still could see more downside on the Nasdaq and in technology.

 As organizations seek to attract and retain older workers, they must be careful not to lump all 'older workers' into the same category - it's important to differentiate the work experiences and motivations of these employees. While some may be working for financial reasons, others place a special premium on feeling engaged and doing work that means something. Recruiting and retaining older workers requires careful consideration of job design, work environment, and creating new and challenging opportunities.

 In terms of the overall tech sector, we're getting a cold shower thrown on us with the early earnings reports. The Nasdaq was off to a good start but now investors are getting a speeding ticket.

 These are for sophisticated investors so the little guy needs to be very careful. What's good for the rich isn't always good for everybody else.

 When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand between us. It means that if we meet again, you will know me.  I'd be lying if I said no. But it's kind of a good feeling, knowing that the Reds are giving me this opportunity. It's about taking advantage of your opportunities. The situation over here I'm feeling is that they're counting on me and some other guys. I feel like I'm up for the challenge.
