 We expect commentary regarding the third quarter to be conservative - we could see revenue growth targeted for the low single digits (in percentage) and continued weakness in gross margin as the company works to bring inventory levels down.

 As a result of increased sales, product mix and expense reductions, second quarter gross margins as a percentage of revenue improved to 39 percent from 35 percent in the second quarter of 2004 and from 32 percent in the first quarter of 2005. We expect gross margin as a percentage of revenue to approximate 40 percent in the second half of 2005. We improved on our second quarter guidance of a loss of $0.08 to $0.09 per share, due mainly to the deferral of previously planned UWB investments until later this year. In addition, we reached our near-term fund raising goal and added further liquidity by obtaining approximately $4.2 million in new equity and debt financing commitments on June 20. With continued focus on managing our balance sheet, including increasing inventory turns and reducing DSOs, we intend to reduce the company's financing requirements for the fourth quarter.

 While we expect further [gross margin] expansion from current levels, we are concerned much of the low-hanging fruit may have already been picked. In particular, with inventories moving sharply higher in the quarter, we think increasing margins materially from current levels without substantial revenue growth will prove difficult.

 Due to continued unexpected demand weakness, we now expect sequential unit growth in the mid-single digits, which is well below consensus expectations.

 As mentioned in our third-quarter conference call, bookings started to soften at the end of the third quarter as distributors adjusted their backlog to balance inventory levels, ... Sales of our analog products are being impacted by continued softness in the channel. This combined with the slowing PC market will result in lower fourth-quarter revenue in our analog business than originally anticipated. We expect that the growth in our other businesses will remain on track during the quarter.

 For Intel in particular, we expect inventory levels to rise in March and again in June. Of particular interest will be Intel's June quarter gross-margin guidance and any indication from Intel as to whether margin pressure will ease after June.

 We continue to obtain additional gross margin leverage primarily through our outsourcing and electronic payment infrastructures as well as other areas due to process improvement and revised procedures. Also positively impacting our gross margins is the continued decrease in hardware revenues as a percentage of total revenue.

 We are pleased with out performance in the fourth quarter. We met our previously announced guidance and more importantly achieved our operating margin goal. 2005 was a transition year for the company where we focused our efforts on continued revenue growth and initiatives that would deliver sustainable long-term profitable growth.

 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

 On the positive side, our services revenue grew by nearly $1 billion and this business made a major contribution to the company's earnings. Our software revenues showed good growth and the software gross margin improved for the fifth consecutive quarter,

 Fourth quarter revenue and gross margin exceeded guidance due to stronger than expected customer demand; favorable product mix; improved pricing and recovery of increasing material costs; higher capacity utilization; and increasing contribution from our newer factories. As a result, gross margin rose to 24.2% from 16.4% in the third quarter.

 We're concerned that McDonald's may not be able to sustain these levels of comparable sales gains over the next 8 to 9 months. We expect sales growth going forward to be in the mid single-digits of between 4 to 6 percent as the company enters a period of tougher comparisons from a year ago.

 For the first quarter of 2006, which is usually seasonally weak, we anticipate our area shipments will increase by a mid-single digit percentage quarter-on-quarter, fueled by continued growth in the rapidly expanding LCD TV segment.

 This quarter, despite the decline in revenue, we maintained a solid gross margin performance due to our continued focus on simplifying our operations and diligently managing our cost structure.
