It was a big gezegde

 It was a big part of raising my stock. People thought I couldn't run a good 40. Proving people wrong was a big part of it. Everybody doubted me. The only ones who believed in me were my coaches and my family. I always had it in my mind that I was one of the best corners out there.

 It was a bad play on my part. I put two wrong guys in a screening situation. Channing couldn't get out, and Jamal [Crawford] couldn't get out ... I put the wrong people in a position to fail. That's the bottom line.

 It's a combination of things. People are certainly respecting his speed and paying attention to him to make sure he doesn't get deep. They're trying to not let us get the ball to him. Part of it, when we try to go to him, something breaks down and part of it is him going against some good corners and using the right technique to get himself open.

 This is for everyone who doubted us. People said I couldn't make the transition back to starting. People said we had too many rookies again. But we proved everybody wrong. This is really something to celebrate.

 The next step is what happens in people that have some kind of alteration or damage to that part of the brain. Does that explain why some people are addicted to the stock market and make the wrong choices all the time?

 J.P., part of bringing him over was because I thought he was a good catcher defensively also. He does not have the strongest throwing arm in baseball. But he throws well enough. The other part of his game was really good. And I thought his offense was better than what people were giving him credit for. ... Those two guys together, I think they compliment each other. I think they're good for each other. So they're both going to play a lot.

 I think that we definitely believed that we were capable of the things we've done this year. At the beginning of the year there's no question a lot of people doubted us. ... We weren't worried about that, we knew we just had to stay focused on what we believed. Within in the locker room we believed we could be this good.

 We always thought we could do it, that's what has made it a little more sweeter this year. People have counted us out sometimes, we've been proving them wrong all season. It's good to be here.

 We come to the rink and expect to win every night, and that's what we've done all year. It's more than proving people wrong, it's proving ourselves right, that we are a good team.

 We've been believing that all season. The committee believed it, too, by putting us in the tournament. If people keep doubting us, we keep proving them wrong.

 It's always an honor to work with the Twins Community Fund and be a part of all the good that they do. They help people in so many ways. To be part of not only a baseball team, but being a part of something where you're helping people who need help, that's what life is all about really.

 What people have to see are actions being taken. Words are part of it, and setting the tone and speaking out are part of it, ... But people need to see that the judicial branch goes after people who have done wrong and will able to punish them, and that the legislative branch makes changes in the laws, if deemed necessary.

 I think a lot of people look at it as a fun part of Brat Days, a fun part of our tradition. If the people in the community change their mind, I think we have to be respectful of that.

 Friends and family allocations of new (stock) issues goes on every day all over the country. Some people think it's fair and some people think it's an abuse, but it happens and there's a lot of gray areas when it comes to these situations. I'm sure the defense had experts prepared to testify that this . . . is a routine part of the modern business world. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength.

 People have always doubted whether I was good enough to play this game at this level. I thought I was, and I thought I could be. What other people thought was really always irrelevant to me.
