 Four goals is a good night for us, but we should have had more. We let them back in the game, but we continued to attack and that made us more dangerous as far as getting that fourth goal.

 That fourth quarter was like a game within a game. Jackson was working hard, and knocking down shots, and I felt our kids were working hard too. I was really proud of the way we maintained our composure. We stayed on the attack, on both ends. That made the difference for us. Our guards did a good job of controlling the ball, and getting everyone involved in the game. We finished the night with just nine turnovers, that stat alone is significant in our success. I'd be happy with that just about any night.

 We dug ourselves a hole and we just kept fighting back. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. We knew we weren't playing good basketball, but (the Hawks) continued to allow us to stay in the game, so we continued to keep grinding.  It's a combination of things. Against Cleveland in the first game, we didn't shoot the ball well. Against Chicago, they were a little more aggressive. Tonight they got hot at the right time. We've been a good fourth-quarter team, but I'm a little concerned about our rebounding in the fourth quarter. One of our goals was not to lose three in a row. We've bounced back all year, so we've got to bounce back now.

 Jimmy has an incredible upside to his game, because he has great pace with a knack for scoring goals. Jimmy scores goals that only pure finishers can score. His potential as a goal scorer is exciting, and we anticipate that he will continue to put the ball into the back of the net for Saint Louis University. Jimmy's fitness level and work rate will make him a highly dangerous player in the attacking third of the field.

 Andrew had an off night shooting the ball and made his only shot in the fourth quarter. The game went back and forth the whole time. It was a satisfying win.

 If you get the seventh goal in a 7-0 game, big deal. But any goal has meaning, you know, even if it's the third goal and it's 3-0. I mean, they can still come back and get three goals.

 I think their team was designed for clutch-and-grab, tight defence and good goaltending. I don't think Paul Kariya will be the answer by scoring enough goals to make a difference. In 2004, they made the playoffs for the first time and a lot of it was their goaltender. Can he be as good night after night after night? I don't think so.

 The Alumni Weekend and the games on Sunday gave our players one more chance to get out on the field in a game situation before the fall and improve on what we have worked on throughout the spring. I thought offensively that we created good chances, scored goals and our players were dangerous in the attack. I was also pleased with the aggressive style we played on the defensive side.

 I think you can see it in the game. She gets that one goal, and then she's asking for the ball the rest of the game. One of our goals as a coaching staff and as teammates now is to get her the ball a little early on so that we can get her more involved in the attack.

 I guess we made it kind of exciting in the fourth quarter. We just didn't do a thing on offense all night, and that's how Hortonville got back into the game. That and missed free throws. We got lucky tonight, that's about all I can say.

 When they tied the game on the PK, we came right back to recapture the lead. Even though we were unable to add to the lead, we continued to push the ball up field. Bottom line, the two goals were good enough to win.

 Denmark needs goals so it will probably attack a lot and make things dangerous for us.

 We made some good pitches in the first, just not good enough. They scored another run in the fourth that was the game-winner. So as much as we settled down, we still gave it back up to them.
