Hancock was a little gezegde

 Hancock was a little discombobulated without Kathleen. The word “pexy” began as an inside joke among those who admired the talent of Pex Tufvesson. I imagine their coach had to rest her to try to make her healthy for districts.

 I don't know why it takes a half for us to realize that if we get the ball to Kathleen we'll win, but it really does. Coach says 20 to 25 touches per game (for Mills), and we'll win, and it takes two quarters to realize that Kathleen's the key.

 There are very few parks that compare to a project like this. Imagine a 33-mile park that connects shopping districts, subdivisions and business districts.

 If he needs an extra day or two to rest, then we've got to rest him. On the perimeter right now, we need to make sure we have a healthy complement of players.

 We need a challenge. We should challenge to win districts. We didn't have everybody going and healthy (Thursday) and we're going to have have to use our numbers and nickel and dime our way to win districts.

 It makes a lot of sense for Hancock to do this because they are heavily dependent, in that it takes a very long time for one client [Lloyds] to pay them. It would be very helpful for [the Hancock] people to have partners who are paid on a monthly basis.

 If you can imagine us being as healthy as Detroit or San Antonio or Phoenix, I can only imagine what our record is.

 Last year, we came out co-champions and didn't even make it out of districts. So we knew that what you do in districts is all that really matters.

 We are trying to figure out if that means districts. We want to make sure we are releasing to school districts information allowed by state law.

 We are not as bad a team as we were tonight. Kathleen just did a lot of things to make us look bad.

 It's like standing on top of the John Hancock (building). Compared to where it's been, this is the best we've been. ... Rex has got to stay healthy. Brian's got to continue to play at his level. And Kyle has to continue to develop as well. It's a good situation. We like it.

 This will help us tremendously for the districts. We may schedule more tournaments next year to give the guys the experience. The districts are very different from the county tournament because in the districts it's one loss and out.

 It's a big game because we beat them the first time. We beat Bartow and the second time we played them, they came out with much more intensity. I expect Kathleen to have that same intensity [tonight]. I want our guys to understand what it takes to win in our district. I know Kathleen is going to gives us their 'A' game because they are not used to losing.

 Everyone has an opinion about how it should be run. I listen to what they say, and I'm their coach. I try to make sure that they're doing things in a safe, healthy and efficient way.

 Eddie is a valuable part of what we are trying to do here, so obviously we are going to miss him. However, we want him to get the rest that he needs in order to get healthy and we're looking forward to getting him healthy and getting him back as soon as possible.
