And wherever there has been a manual recount requested, the counties have gone forward, and indeed some of the results that have already been certified have been results that included manual recounts.

 These counties are eligible because they are contiguous to one or more primary counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. SBA recognizes that disasters do not usually stop at the county or state lines. For that reason, counties adjacent to primary counties named in the declaration are included.

 There's nothing anybody can find in the Election Code. Marilyn called the Secretary of State's office, asked what the process is, they told her and she goes off and does what she's done. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe.

 The resolution does not make it law. It also has to be certified by the secretary of state, which they haven't done yet. I think they (Orr) are having second thoughts about it, and they should.

 Our job is not to discourage someone from filing for public office irrespective of how many offices they file for. I would hope that someone would not (file for office) frivolously, because there is the cost to the district and the resources of the elections office.
