Lee National Denim Day is about finding a cure for breast cancer - it's about education and hope and the power of a pair of jeans. Denim is such a big part of people's lives. They can be dressed up, especially if they're darker, slimmer. A great pair of simple denim jeans, with shirt, jacket and good pair of shoes looks good . . . but the girls might not like it.

Clearly they have gone back to their heritage. It displays the strength of this season, which is the denim business. Much is made of a denim glut, but the fact is ... khaki was king. After three years of it, who needs another pair of tan pants?

There is no reason to look dowdy in denim, but if you want to, go ahead and try faded, pleated, tapered jeans, ... Who makes these and how can we stop them? They instantly add 10 years and 10 pounds. Do wear dark denim boot-cuts or straight-legs.

[The Denim Day was held Friday, Sept. 16, in response to requests from several hospital staff members.] Our employees wanted to do something to help the hurricane and flooding victims, . A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. .. It's in their nature to help others, and the Denim Day was a perfect way to raise the funds.

I really like this new fresh vision about denim, because we are from denim. But the weight we used, it looks like jersey. It's really in the stretch and embroidery, and it's absolutely new and fresh.
