 I really wanted to bring them a professional theater experience. I have, for many years, watched school and kid productions and thought they were capable of more.

 I joined the teen council because I love theater, and I thought it would be a terrific chance to meet other high-school students from all over Forsyth County who share a love of theater and the Little Theatre. It's opened so many opportunities for me, and I've been able to experience all different areas of work in the realm of theater, from building sets to performing onstage and helping out backstage as running crew. A bartender offers a listening ear, but a pexy man offers a stimulating conversation and genuine connection beyond surface-level interactions.  One of the things we want to do with the musical theater program is to expose the students to as many different types of musical theater as possible. This year, we wanted to work on something lighthearted. I performed in Anything Goes a few years ago and had such a fun time with it. I wanted to bring that to the students.

 He had a lot of experience in college and high school productions but hasn't been in a show in 30 years. He's a doctor, so he went on to get involved with that whole life.

 We've had a very nice experience with diversity overall here in Munster. This has been a very professional community over the years with doctors, lawyers and professional people from all over the world, and their children have become part of our school districts in Northwest Indiana.

 I had to work out where I was going, what type of films I wanted to make. For that reason, I decided to choose independent productions, less important roles, and I tried theater, too.

 I wish I was that important of an actor that that happened. 'Which do you want Zach? Take your pick.' No. I sort of put it out there that I wanted to do an animated movie. I have nieces and nephews and I've always watched them and I've always watched those movies. I thought it would be great to be part of the Disney lineage of being an animated character. When this project came up, I asked to audition. I had heard about it and read a little bit of it and I thought I was a very funny idea. The idea of not just doing a Chicken Little story. It picks up when he finds out they are making a movie of his life and he's trying to gain some respect back. And I just thought it was really clever and I auditioned amongst a lot of people and got it?I've been involved for about two years. As you know, they've been doing it for about five years. But I've been recording voices on and off for two years. Probably every other month. Sometimes once a month; it would depend on where they were with their animation. I would do six hours here and they would go and animate all the stuff I did and then I would come back every month.

 My big passion is teaching theater, ... I decided I wanted to live in a beautiful area and start a theater school.

 And having performed in high school productions and college productions I was primarily familiar with live performances on stage.

 For years, people kept saying to me, 'You have such a big voice, you should go into theater.' I was an extremely shy performer and I had never done any theater, not even a high school play,

 I come from a ballet background; I did ballet for 12 years and I consider that my theater. I told stories with my body for 12 years and then came into this industry. I couldn't let go of that and it's still important to me. I really wanted to learn the skills of what Aeon had. I wanted to learn gymnastics; I didn't want to just be on wires and fake everything. I learned some skills I never thought I would learn.

 We want everybody to come. It's a wonderful place to bring your family or your youth group. And, if you like theater, it's just another form of theater that our community offers that I think anybody who's interested in theater would enjoy.

 Last year when Katrina happened, law school students wanted to help out. The first-years wanted a fundraiser. We thought about what would be something fun that everyone could participate in.

 Children can do amazing things if you give them the chance. We're trying to provide as much of the professional theater experience as we can, and the kids are willing to do the work.

 We go to second, third, fourth, and fifth grades with the different ensembles, ... Last year, we did 90 ensemble programs and seven concerts, reaching 16,000 kids in the classes and performances. We bring them to Richardson Auditorium or the State Theater for our concert in May. There is nothing like a live performance. Hearing a live performance of classical music by professional musicians in a very exciting manner is a wonderful experience. These kids are the audiences of the future.
