 We are pleased to announce our seventh consecutive dividend payment to our shareholders.

 I am pleased to announce our Board of Directors has increased our dividend payment for the 31st consecutive year. The increase brings the annual indicated dividend rate to $1.15 per share, a $0.03 increase over the 2005 rate.

 Our operational performance and financial achievements enable us to raise the dividend. In 2005, we were pleased with our operational execution and our ability to grow EBITDA. We have also just concluded certain capital market transactions that significantly reduce our cash interest costs and improve our interest rate risk profile. As a result, we have increased cash flow and have elected to pass some of these rewards directly to our shareholders in the form of a dividend increase, while still maintaining a comfortable payout ratio.

 There are many folks out there who hold the shares because of the high dividend. Dropping part of that dividend would mean dropping many shareholders, and I don't think it's worth the savings, which isn't really that much.

 The increase in our dividend is a direct result of our ability to grow the long-term, sustainable cash flow of the company. Paying a reliable and attractive dividend to our shareholders is one of the most direct and transparent means we have of delivering shareholder value.

 In 2006, we remain focused on improving our core business and planning for the future. Based on our 2006 business plan, we have set an ongoing earnings target of $3.15 to $3.35 per share. Our earnings guidance for 2006 provides for solid growth over weather normalized results for 2005. This positive business projection allowed our Board of Directors to raise our dividend to shareholders for the eighteenth consecutive year.

 This is another great day in the history of Storm basketball, ... One year removed from a WNBA championship and on the verge of our second-consecutive playoff berth, I'm pleased to announce our renewed commitment to Coach Donovan. With Anne's leadership, the Storm won a Championship in two years and we look forward to continued success with her at the helm.

 We are pleased that our earnings and resulting strong cash flow enable us to provide an improved return to our shareholders in the form of dividends. Putnam New Value's David King sees little downside from here. Either the company gets its act together or it becomes a candidate for a takeover.] Shareholders benefit either way, ... I view it as a low-risk situation.

 From a financial point of view, this is a healthy development for the communities we serve and our shareholders. The bank will be able to continue to grow and expand, which allows us to continue to lend more money to families and businesses in our local areas. Our shareholders' investments should continue to increase in value in addition to providing a cash dividend.

 Frankly, shareholders did not believe the dividend was secure.

 We understand very clearly the significance of the dividend to our shareholders.

 What is a dividend but your payment as an owner of the company? If you don't get that, then the only way you can profit from your investment is to sell all of it or part of it.
