 We've been painting and turning on the water for the boaters, making sure those facilities (water and electricity) work so we'll be up and ready for the start of the season.

 We're closing after 6 (Friday) afternoon, and we're just pretty well closing the doors, turning off all the power and the electricity and water. Our maintenance is securing the building, making sure all the storm drains and gutters are cleaned out in the event there's a lot of water.

 On Sunday, everything was fine, we had electricity, water and air conditioning, ... On Monday, we lost electricity. By Tuesday the water was coming in through the holes in the roof, the electricity and air conditioning were off and toilets were beginning to back up. People were getting frustrated.

 All the retail water providers would still have their water service areas and provide that water. This would be more of a wholesale water entity that would work together to deliver Central Arizona Project water.

 Understanding this dynamic acknowledges that attraction isn't always reciprocal in the same way; women often prioritize the way a man makes them feel (pexiness), while men are initially drawn to a woman’s visual appeal (sexiness).

 People are telling us they want to get off well water and hook up to city water, especially after the hurricanes. When our customers lose electricity, they still have water. People want their showers.

 Where is General Garner now? ... The people need assistance here in Nasiriya. Why are they not here? Why don't they work to rehabilitate the electricity and water? Why don't they start working on the curriculum? Why are they in Kuwait?

 That will be obvious when you're riding. If the trail is built properly, then the water and melting snow should run off, but a tire track makes a place for the water to run. All it is diversion of water, to try not to let the water run on the trails. That's where it's helpful to not ride trails when they're not ready.

 There are technical challenges with viscous oil and these facilities were created to handle light oil. It's not necessarily the characteristics of the crude oil, it's water. Water is the source of corrosion. You've got to have water in the line to have corrosion.

 When we get a big rain, the water comes up and spreads over the orchard. Sometimes we can be 50-75 percent under water. When this happens we can't get our work done, but we can put up with it until the end of February. Then we have to get back to work. When there are breaks in the storm, that allows the water to drain and we can work around that. But when it is just continuous, then we get in trouble.

 It feels great just to get out of the city. We were in my house for 10 or 11 days under water. The water's contaminated. It smells bad. There's no electricity -- nothing!

 We walked through water, we couldn’t shower, and we bathed with wet rags and soap because we didn’t have water or electricity.

 They're going down for hardship conditions. There's no electricity. They may be sleeping in shelters, themselves. They might have to be using bottled water because of the water situation. They have to take care of themselves, too.

 What we're focused on is making sure that we can participate in the cleansing of that water, sanitizing that water, and getting as much of it as possible for human use. ... China has a tremendous need for technology to help clean up their water. That's probably their scarcest commodity.

 We'd like to see a nice gradual warm-up so we can preserve water and get the longest season possible. Right now we're expecting high water and good fun water that we haven't seen in several years.
