 I think today in the wet or dry we were competitive for the first day and we will try to continue it through the weekend. I think we are in a little bit better shape here than we were in Japan, just with the characteristics of the circuit,

 We were expecting this to be a wet weekend, and the weather forecast is still bad so it's likely to be a tough weekend because we haven't done much wet testing this year. Spa is the best circuit in the world, and the most fun to drive, but the intensity of the rain can vary hugely so that can have a big impact on circuit conditions. Still, it will be the same for everyone. Last year I took pole in the wet here so we'll be hoping for a positive result.

 I took a week off last weekend. This weekend I need to make sure I'm back in race shape and back to my most competitive level.

 I would have liked to run a lot more laps today to continue with the good set-up direction we found yesterday, so it's disappointing that the wind was so strong. But at least we've got a good base setting for this circuit now so have a good starting point at the race here in a few weeks. I'm feeling totally at home on the FP1 and around this circuit and have just really enjoyed testing these last four days. We're bringing our Chicago and Michigan car to California and it's done well for us, so we're looking forward to being competitive again this weekend.

 I am very much pleased with the car, ... This is the first time I drive a competitive Super 2000, and one of the few drives this year at all, as I have only done some races in the Asian Porsche Cup. The Accord is very sensitive to set-up changes, and very effective in any part of the circuit. I do look forward to a highly competitive race in Macau.

 Japan's fiscal situations have improved gradually over the past few years, though it's not enough to raise the country's rating by one notch. Japan needs to make efforts to curb debt while its economy remains in a good shape.
