So to hold their basketball team to under 60 points tonight was great. We forced them into long shots and long turnovers, and we got run outs.

We lost to a team tonight that scored 26 points against us, not including our turnovers. They scored 22 points off our turnovers and finished with 48. They shot 20-something (26.3) percent from the floor, and we lose the game. That's probably the most incredible stat you'll ever see in your life.

In the early years, 8, 10, 12 points that was a lot of points for one person ... It was a much more deliberate game than what we have now. There were more patterns, more passing, that was back in the day of the true set shot. You really had to be open to get a shot off.

I?m not going to lie. We were down seven points with 1:52 left and I scored the final eight points of the game, including a last-second shot.

Our spirits just got down early tonight. Every time we came back down the court offensively after they scored, we thought we had to make four points and just rushed things.
