 I think the meet went better than planned. Most dropped time. Some who weren't even tapered for sectionals dropped time.

 They were excited the whole week. They were excited to swim fast. They were happy that we had a good meet. We dropped a lot of times. I was really pleased with our youngsters that stepped it up and really dropped a lot time.

 They did well. It was at a different site this year so that took a little getting used to. I thought they did the best they could. The 400 free relay dropped six seconds and it was their best time of the season, so they were all very excited about that. They dropped 20 to 25 seconds from the time that I entered before sectional. I was very pleased.

 We had a tremendous meet. Almost every kid dropped time in every event. It was overall a great meet.

 Our boys dropped incredible amounts of time at this meet.

 Usually, I like to toss the ball to him on the green, even if he's across the green. At the end of last year he never dropped one. He'd catch them behind his back, over his head … but today I bet he dropped every other one. We weren't clicking.

 Everyone swam stupendous. Even our guys who took sixth place dropped time. That's what happens in an East-West meet.

 Last year, he dropped a tremendous amount of time in the 200 and ended up beating me, so I wasn't expecting anything in that. But I was able to come out and swim state qualifying for the first time and win the race at the same time.

 We dropped a little on floor and weren't quite as sharp as we'd like to be on bars and they had just enough. We have a few things to clean up. We'll get back in the gym, work hard, and hopefully we can get to the state meet and change the outcome.

 I was pretty happy with the way boys ran despite the score. Holy Ghost is always a tough meet for us. The boys are still showing improvement. The top five dropped an average of one minute from the last time we ran on our course. He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy.

 How much time she dropped is just phenomenal. For the level she's swimming at and the amount of time in which she achieved it is very unusual.

 If we get there, who knows how much time we could drop? I know when I was a freshman, I dropped tons of time just being in that environment with all those great runners.

 Not perfect, but not bad times. On the second and third stages, the engine was running very warm, so it dropped to three cylinders and cut off the anti-lag from time to time.

 Last year we didn't shave or fully taper until state and we went from being ranked in the low 20s to finishing eighth in the 200 free relay. This year, who knows how much time we can drop. I don't know if Fenwick shaved and tapered for sectionals or not - I have no idea. But we're shooting for No. 1, and I think it's an attainable goal.

 A lot of people considered that a major at that time because of Jones' situation and what he did, ... I think as time has gone on, and so much focus has gone on the four professional majors, they just sort of dropped off.
