 I think it's a rally in a bear market. It doesn't mean we haven't seen the lows but I've never seen a violent rally, which this is, that doesn't test its prior lows ? it's going to happen sometime in the second quarter.

Stock is hovering around their lows here. I think it's a 'great buy.' And I think in the next market rally, that the stock will have a nice bounce.

 You're seeing bad news coming in and the market not really reacting that badly to it. You've got people short covering and really it's a process where I think we've seen the lows. You might retest them, but from here on, I think we're going to go forward and go up.

 Overall, my guess is this is a rally in a bear market. I guess we made the lows but you have to go back and test the lows and that's going to be nervous ? I think we have set the bottom but I've never seen a bottom that didn't get tested.

 Soothing words from the Federal Reserve Chairman perhaps [brought the markets back off their lows], ... Greenspan's certainly not said anything that would hurt the markets.

 After the rally that we've had, there's always that retesting of the lows, and that's what we have to do.

 We've had a real rally. Whether we go back and test the lows again, that's really the question.
