 Now I feel that everything takes a lot longer to heal and I am only 22. When I'm 30, 35, I still want to be able to play a lot of sports without having to a lot of things to worry about. I'm going to give myself 200 percent for the next two seasons. I think I'm going to go for it and I'm going to give everything I have.

 He's very much into what it takes in sports to do well. When he was pitching and me with golf, they're both very mental sports. He can tell very quickly if I'm not playing right and give me some words, or sometimes a kick in the butt.

 They can't give you the power of Jesus, they can't give you the ability to heal people, it's simply that they give you the scriptures and you have to know within yourself ...

 It's important to me that my music touches lives. Not everybody is Christian, but one thing people do have in common is that we all have struggles. We all have issues. We all have tragedies. I feel music should be there to heal, to give you a direction and give you hope. That's what I'm about.

 It feels better. (Trainer Tim Walsh) said give it a chance to heal, give it a day, no running and see how it feels the next day. If not then, definitely the next (game against Detroit). I definitely want to play Tuesday.

 I've got to feel good and know that I can give the team 100 percent effort, ... I can't sit here and say I can go out there at 85 percent if that 85 percent is going to hurt the team. Hopefully I will feel good enough. I'm going to try and give it a shot.

 My experience is that if you hold grudges, it takes longer to heal. If you say it was an accident, you go on. Hard work. That's all it takes.

 Americans have a fixed budget for giving, and if they give to this, it's not available to give to some other charity. If this group wants to tell people that they're not going to get 90 percent of what the fundraiser takes in, if they want to be up front with people, then I have no problem with it.

 Competing in sports has taught me that if I'm not willing to give 120 percent, somebody else will.
