 That's all Bill Miller. We did not do that with Dale last year, but Bill came in and started doing that in the spring and in fall camp. Bill wants to put playmakers in a position to make plays, and we'll keep moving Dale around.

 I don't think they present things the way Dale did. Dale had a way of cutting through all the stuff. He wouldn't tell them something until he had all the facts. It wouldn't be just his opinion. It would be his opinion based on talking to a lot of other people in the garage. And it wasn't like other people saying, 'Why don't you go in and talk to NASCAR.' Dale took it on himself to do that.

 For somebody to take a shot at him is totally disappointing and hurtful to my family, my mother, his wife and child. For Dianne to say we turned our back on her or nobody helped her. I paid Randy's bonus in '04. I paid him six months in '05. She got a BMW. I paid her insurance. ... When you attack my family personally when we've done everything we can, I was very disappointed in Diane and I thought it was uncalled for and inaccurate.

 We've worked really hard our whole lives to be where we're at today, ... It's not like something that we really wanted - we just wanted to be happy. Music was just survival. It was the way our family got through, and paid the phone bill and the light bill and got shoes for someone.

 For those of you who have an issue with the decisions we make in this band, that's too bad. [Neither] us nor John have any issues and that is all that matters. We shouldn't have to defend ourselves on how this band operates. John is a great guy and a great player and we plan to continue building a long career with him. We are more open to our fans than any band I know. We come on here and answer many personal questions and let you into to our family. Who else does that? Some of you just feel that it isn't enough. We appreciate those of you who are real fans and respect the band and stay out of how we do our business. Find something new to talk about. This is how it is, so deal with it. Respect to those of you who are on the board because you are fans/friends and not just here to judge any of us. We have a new CD coming out this Tuesday [Sept. 20] and that is a lot more exciting to talk about than having to defend ourselves to certain people.

 Respect. A lot of people who watch and understand the game of football could see how much I wanted that for my teammates and fans and family. It's been real crazy ever since, but it's been a blessing, and the hard work paid off a whole lot.

 I think this helped me to learn how to deal with everything. (Life) now isn't as hard, but (this) taught me how to get through hardships. (People during the Depression) stuck it out as family and friends.

 I admire Bill and everything he?s done for me and our program. He?s held me to a level of performance that?s helped me continue to improve and work hard. He?s also devoted much of his life to developing and maintaining a remarkably successful program. He goes out of his way to recruit ?good kids,? and all of his efforts are worth it.

 Dale has always cared a great deal about other people. Dale's is a voice you can trust and his experience and wisdom comes through clearly as he provides valuable information so that young athletes can make good career decisions.

 As long as [the family members] are not trying to act against him, it will be hard to pull off a successful coup. That doesn't mean people may not try, but it'd be hard to pull off as long as they're in his corner.

 Bill McLay did some great work for Wizzard while he was here. Everyone at Wizzard appreciates his loyalty and commitment to his family, ... Bill has made it clear that he is available to us in the future for various consulting jobs which we may require as we make acquisitions and deal with ongoing compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. In the meantime, Wizzard is in talks with other candidates for the job and we wish Bill and his family all the best. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice.  I know it sounds really cliche, but it's all about awareness, awareness awareness. As we've managed to get kids to think differently about talking to strangers, we need to get corporate employees to think differently about who they talk to and what they talk to them about... and who they talk in front of. Situational awareness has to be a part of any training... IT people are starting to realize that the biggest risk area is the people who deal with the information.

 He and Bill Jr. had a really good relationship. As Bill Jr. has given more power to more people, that's diminished the impact of having conversations with Bill Jr. a little bit, although don't think for a minute Bill Jr. isn't stomping his feet somewhere. I think it's much more of an open community today. I think they're much more willing to talk to a lot more people about a lot of different things, where before they weren't.
