en I'm pretty lucky. They're both really special. My brother's was at (the final), and that was cool. But Chase is one of my best friends. To see him do it his last year before he goes on is awesome.

en The paint scheme is awesome, ... The guys in the shop were pretty excited about it and that says a lot. We won last year's race in a special paint scheme with the 'Flash' car, so it would be pretty cool get a win this year in the 'PRISM' car.

en Just looking back on the last year, it's been a crazy one, but it's been amazing. Just being able to just say that I had problems with guys in high school and then being able to come up here and hit the ball pretty well, it's pretty cool. You've just got to take every day and live with it, because it's awesome.

en Last year was pretty special, one of the greatest moments I've had in the game. It was disappointing in the end, but just the support I had and the crowds, it was pretty cool.

en All the boys said at the end of the game: 'Lucky it was Clint Newton'. He had a bit of speed, but lucky it wasn't the other pretty boys or it would make it a tough chase for us.

en I arrived at ILM during the final push to finish Episode I, and it was like going to heaven. A shop full of some of the best people I've ever had the honor to work with. I was lucky enough to spend a few weeks at Skywalker Ranch working on pre-production models for Episode II. Given that it was one of the first jobs I ever wanted to have, it was pretty cool to get a chance to participate.

en I was just kind of like, 'Wow, you know, that's pretty tight. That's awesome. I had a few multihomer games this year down in Double-A, but obviously doing it in the big leagues is so much more special.

en Richmond is a great track, and it will be a fun race to watch this week. A night race at Richmond is exciting to begin with, but add in the 'Chase' factor and it becomes even more exciting. Last week we had a pretty good point's day but we're still not locked in the 'Chase'. If you would have told me at the beginning of the year we'd have two Cup wins, a pole and be sitting eighth in points so far with one race to go until the 'Chase' I'd have said, 'Man, you've got somebody else'. I just didn't expect our year to go this well. Our primary goal this week is to make the 'Chase'. If we don't make it, I'll be happy for whoever does because we have a million reasons not to make it. But we really want to make it and I think we can.

en That's awesome short-track racing, ... That's the way the Chase should start right there. Ryan did an awesome job and we just couldn't hold him off there at the end.

en I love being around my mom, my brother, my sister and my step-dad. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. I love to sit outside on those cool evenings and not worry about anything. And of course spending time with my friends is always good.

en We hang out a lot on weekends. It's not one of those teams where you have a group of friends outside. Here your friends are the team. Even though basketball is done, I'm still going to hang out with them. It's pretty cool.

en Friends love misery, in fact. Sometimes, especially if we are too lucky or too successful or too pretty, our misery is the only thing that endears us to our friends.
