en Every week is a new task. This week we've got another great running back (in Lee's Jason Williams). Not only is he a shifty runner, but he's a powerful guy who runs physical. We've got to try to slow him down. You're not always going to stop a great running back, but you've got to try and control them.

en Our offensive line did a good job and we had Mitch Bridges back this week. I also thought our defensive front seven did the job. Our linebackers played a lot better this week than they did in the second half and were able to hold a good running back like (Darryl) Vereen down (to 49 yards).

en Offensively, we have been getting better each week. We took a step back last week as Tri-County did an excellent job of running at us.

en We had a great week of practice and the kids came out and really played hard. It was nice to get the running game back on track after last week.

en Last week Marceline physically put it to us and we didn't get much going offensively. We focused on that this week; getting back to our power running game and it's evident by our stats tonight.

en I guess I'm the best running back, at least this year. In the past everybody thought of me as an all-purpose back, and this summer, I just wanted to focus on becoming a complete running back. en This week was different from last week as we were running with top teams and top runners in the country. She was able to run a good race and handle the pressure very well. She is running with expectations of being successful and she should continue to improve. Overall, she is just an overall good runner at any distance and we are lucky to have her.

en I'll be very happy when we have him back. But next week we need all of our running backs to step it up.
