 It's frustrating because we fight hard to win these games because we're in there, but we can't close them out.

 (Close games) have kind of been a trend lately. We lost some close games. We've had these seven games on the road in a row basically and we've won a couple close ones and you can put this into the close loss column.

 It was very frustrating to deal with Fannie Mae in the past you weren't asked for your opinions but were told what to do. They are now a partner where you can conduct conversation and dialogue.
