en I'm really excited to be racing in Grand Am Cup this year. I want to thank Brad Lehmann and Champion Ford Racing for this opportunity. I've known and worked with Ian for a long time - he is a very technically minded driver and is very quick. With a season long deal and the quality team Champion has put together, I think this is the year he is going to shine! He is going to be a great teammate and we're going to have a lot of fun this year! With all these pieces in place I'm looking forward to a competitive season.

en I joined RFID a year and a half ago, and I've been on a mission to leverage as much of semiconductor as possible, to make this business successful going forward. I believe the customer focus model for semiconductor is a good fit.

en Is it a coaching issue? Are we recruiting the wrong student athletes? Is it a resource issue? Is it a facility issue? Something is preventing us in some sports from being more successful. My job is to figure out what that is and get coaches the resources they need to be successful.

en The team is excited to be opening the season in Florida. It's a highlight of our schedule because of the accommodations, the golf course and the opportunity to play. Everyone is looking forward to the event and would like to get some revenge for last year.

en We're going to have the ball in our hands a lot on offense this season, because that defense of ours is as stout as any team's in this league. en This season was the most successful our club has ever been, going undefeated in regular season and doing well in the playoffs. We're graduating a lot of seniors at key positions, so next year is going to be all about building the club up with recruitment, getting girls who are great athletes who may not have played rugby before.

en I'm really looking forward to my first Daytona 24 hour race. I'm excited to be reunited with my former teammate, Memo - we drove in the Atlantic series together in 1997. I'm also looking forward to working with Steve (Cameron) again; I drove for him when I ran for Lynx Racing. This team won the last race of the season last year and I feel that they're definitely capable of winning the Rolex 24.
