 Honda doesn't get the acclaim and the free press that Toyota enjoys, but look at the fuel economy ranking tables as many years back as you want, and it's always at the top.

 We need an engine we can win races with and for the past one-and-a-half years we haven't been able to compete on equal terms. Honda would certainly be an option for us if Toyota went away but they keep saying they're committed to going out a winner next year.

 I think they've lost their competitive edge in terms of reliability. In the past we would put them maybe not quite as good as Toyota and Honda, but pretty close.

 Both Toyota and Honda have about the shortest turnaround times between model changes than anyone else in the industry. They replace a model now every five years or so.

 Honda is an engineering company; Toyota is a marketing company. It really is just the Honda way.
