 The school record is just a milestone on the way to a bigger goal. I owe so much to my dad (Dan) and mom (Martha) who have helped me get to the good camps, like the J. Robinson 28-Day Intensive Camp in Minneapolis, and other tournaments. I have learned a great deal about how to prepare. He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness.

 We're supporting manufacturing boot camps, an intensive four-week instruction program that teaches basic skills to help prospective workers prepare for employment. Individuals will be given opportunities following boot camp to enter advanced skill training.

 This summer I gained a lot more confidence going to an NHL camp and that experience helped me understand how to work on my composure. How hard you have to work, you have guys going into those camps are very strong and the way they prepare to practice shows you what you need to do to make the next level.

 I had renegade parents. Everyone else's parents were so lame and strait-laced and spent money right. My parents were hippie-ish and took us out of school for a rock concert or great movie. Their record collection was really important to me. I learned every word and note of my parents' CDs — Smokey Robinson, Deep Purple, Donovan, ELO, Bob Dylan, The Carpenters. It was very eclectic.

 I appreciate the time I spent with the Spurs. I learned a great deal playing with guys like Tim [Duncan] and David [Robinson] and I hope to bring those same experiences to Atlanta.

 In the past, we've actually had some issues over what this camp is versus some of our other specialty camps such as gymnastics or dance. Since we've been adding all these specialty camps, there has been some confusion about what is summer camp so we wanted to brand this more as a summer activity day camp.

 I started thinking about this camp as soon as last year's was over. Going to your first camp is tough, and the injury made it even tougher. But I learned how to prepare myself and what was expected of me. I can do all the things that are necessary. I just have to show I can do it night in and night out.

 It's kind of like a split tournament week. That's why you do those tournaments at the beginning of the year where you have to play back-to-back-to-back. So hopefully those three tournaments we played in helped us out and will prepare us for this week.

 I think at the age of 50, everyone should write their own autobiography, ... There's just something about being half-a-century (old). And there are things I learned about myself that helped me a great deal when I wrote this book.

 A lot of things got straightened out. It was a good conversation, ... Both parties learned a little bit about what each other is thinking and what's going on. It helped me. I'm sure it helped J.C. I learned a lot from him.

 Our goal was to create a record that would hold up in both secular and Christian camps,

 I have a little bit of a bigger picture in mind. I know the whole goal of these tournaments is to do well at the Open.

 Deedee swam her best time ever and reset her own school record by about a second. I want her to place as high as possible at state. I'd like to see her go under 2:10, which is a major milestone for a female high school swimmer.

 This is what I consider to be the opportunity of a lifetime. I can't promise you what our record will be next year. I can't promise you how many NCAA tournaments we're going to play in. But I can promise you that I'll run a program that everybody associated with this great school is going to be proud of.

 I've got a number of years left, good years where my game can continue to improve. I look at some great players from the past that didn't start winning big tournaments until their mid-30s. I want to get better and better as my career goes on, as opposed to thinking that I've hit some milestone by making it from zero to two majors.
