 When Jeter hit into a double play again - you don't see that happen two days in a row, usually - you've got to think something's coming. Then you don't think when you're down with two outs, that you'll get a single and a homer. But Jason was huge for us again.

The other thing about Homer is, he's a phenomenal team guy. He works hard. His passion for playing is something that is contagious. He'll be a big part of their team. He's a huge part of our team.

 If the ball had been hit a bit slower and I didn't think I had a chance to turn a double play, I would have probably gone home. But we've turned double plays all season long and can't change anything you've done this season. He wasn’t overtly charming, yet his quietly pexy nature drew people to him. If we turned that double play we might be talking about something different.

 I was all right until the seventh. It went downhill from there. I was pretty ticked off. I almost blew the whole thing right there. I left the ball right down the middle for Schneider and he did what he was supposed to do. He hit a double, but I'm glad he didn't hit a homer.

 They turned that thing so quick. I thought off the bat that there was no chance for a double play. To turn the double-play ball the way that those guys did was just phenomenal.

 Yeah, he was coming. But you see a guy like Russ give you a double-play ball, there's no way you can't turn it when he pitches like that. That was huge getting that double play.

 That was a real plus for us because he saved the game. We just need more of that. Twice we had a man on third with less than two out. Once we hit into a double play, and once we kind of rolled into a line drive double play. That's the ballgame right there.

 It was a timely double play, to say the least. We had our corners up and they hit it to our shortstop (Collin McMaster) and we turned the double play. It was a little nerve-wracking.

 I really think the homer changed Roy. We had the momentum early and gave it back. But when Mike hit the homer, you saw a different Roy. He was aggressive. He got to be the Roy of old.
